Pocket Weather is bright, restless indie soul-pop with live-funk bass and skittering breakbeat touches, led by a warm lower-mid female voice. Relaxed melodic verses slip into short bursts of sharply articulated, fast rhythmic phrasing before snapping back to a wide, singable chorus.
