Bad Chemistry Material — BCM to everyone who's heard them twice — is fast, bratty, anti-authority pop-punk with two front-people who never stop trading the mic. Bright distorted guitars, singalong choruses, and an unusually busy rhythm section (yes, two bass players with different jobs) keep it chaotic and catchy.

Co-leads Ryan Smith and Megan Clark are best friends with zero romantic tension and matching bad ideas — Ryan sharp and deadpan, Megan raspier and cockier — and both sing on everything. The lyrics run on petty defiance, boredom, and ego over tiny problems, clever more often than they are offensive.
